Joan Postins is a Warwickshire based contemporary artist with a degree in Fine Art and Contemporary Cultures. From being a figurative artist, she has developed her practice into a more abstract form allowing for more gestural and immediate mark making.

Recent works have included an exploration on large unstructured surfaces of soft and sharp and lost and found edges.

As an emerging artist she has exhibited as part of a consortium of fellow artists who have shared her journey through contemporary expression.
